Batch, serial, manufacture, expiry and best-before dates and your own named trackers are captured at receipt and carried through picking, packing slips and manifests. Orders can ask for a specific batch or tracker value. Duplicate serials are blocked at the scan.

Quarantine, QA and recall holds by reason code, on one pallet or on every pallet of a batch, from the screen or from your ERP. Release the same way. Mock recall reporting by batch shows where every unit went.

Dangerous goods data validated on the item. Catchweight counted and weighed through receiving, picking and packing. Chilled, frozen and thawback zones in one warehouse with temperature attributes captured at receipt.

Directed putaway sends stock to the zone and bin that fit the item and the client, with fast movers placed near dispatch. Pick faces replenish on demand, minimums or velocity. Cycle counts, bin counts and full stocktakes run from the handheld, including RFID, and kits are built and broken with available-to-make in view.
