Plan
Multi-vehicle route optimization with delivery windows, priorities, service times, driver breaks, shift hours and vehicle skills. Scheduled run generation and a planning board that keeps the warehouse drop sequence.
Dispatch
Consignments from .wms, your ERP or the API become runs. Dispatchers move jobs, resequence stops and re-optimize. Load manifests, multi-depot, vehicles with skills and schedules, and checks such as every item scanned before a run leaves.
Drive
The driver app logs into a vehicle, scans freight on board, works pickups and deliveries in order, records failed attempts, captures signature and photos, and keeps working through patchy coverage.
Track and prove
A fleet map with GPS history, a tracking link for recipients with a live map and ETA, SMS and email on delivery events, electronic proof of delivery retrievable by API and PDF, and status back on the .wms order.

.wms books a packed order straight into .tms with addresses, units, weight, cube, dangerous goods flag, safe-drop and drop sequence. Every pickup, scan, delivery and exception updates the order’s tracking in .wms, so customer service answers from one screen.
