Inbound is known before the truck arrives. Advance notices come from your ERP, suppliers or a spreadsheet, receipts match against purchase orders line by line, and pallets, cartons and sea containers are received with batch, expiry and serial captured at the dock.

Every pallet, carton and tote is its own record, with its contents, location and full history from receipt to dispatch. Batch, serial, dates and your own trackers travel with the stock, and any batch or date range can be held or released in one step.

Directed putaway sends each pallet to the right zone and bin for the item, the client and the space available. Fast movers land near dispatch because the system knows what sells, and pick faces are topped up on demand, on minimums or on velocity.

Pick method is chosen per order, so wholesale accuracy and ecommerce speed run side by side in one building. Waves are built by hand, with volume, weight and cube in view before release, or build themselves on a schedule by carrier and cut-off.
