Billing from the work, not the spreadsheet.

Every pallet, pick and day of storage is charged from the receipts, storage, picks, packing and freight the warehouse already executed. Nothing is re-keyed, nothing is missed, and finance approves in bulk before month end.

Review Charges rows for one client: receipt per carton, putaway per pallet, storage per pallet per week, pick per order and unit, pack carton supplied

One client, one week.

Monday, a container is received and charged per pallet in. Tuesday to Thursday, storage accrues by pallet for bulk and by unit for pick faces, at that client’s rate. Friday, pick, pack and freight charges land on every order shipped, plus a manual charge for the relabelling job the client asked for at pack. Before the week closes, finance pulls everything unbilled, approves it in bulk and sends the invoice.

Rate cards, minimums and margin per client.

Storage by pallet, outer, inner, unit, bin, cube or weight. Recurring charges and a monthly minimum that tops up automatically. Carrier and partner costs captured as buy events and compared with what you charged, per charge, so margin is visible before the invoice goes out.

Over a hundred clients in one building.

Multi-client is how .wms is built, not a module. Stock, orders, rules, documents, carriers and billing are scoped per client from the first day, which is why 3PLs run over a hundred clients in one building and 1,500+ client accounts run on .wms.

Your clients see their warehouse, not yours.

Clients raise orders and receipts, follow jobs and consignments, and see stock by pallet and their own reports, under their own logo. Teams, spending and quantity caps, email approvals, cost centres and two-factor sign-in are built in. For B2B ordering over live stock, a catalogue and cart storefront runs on the same data.

Paperwork for your region, data for your finance system.

Canadian bills of lading and invoices, UK customs fields and EU tax fields are built in. Billed and unbilled charges export to your finance system, and Power BI reads billing directly.
